Welcome to FourCasa! This document outlines the Terms of Use for all users of the FourCasa platform, managed by AerialArts LLC (referred to as “AA” hereafter). By accessing or using FourCasa, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and AA. Your continued use of FourCasa constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

FourCasa is a fully launched platform providing advanced property management and financial tools to simplify real estate accounting and operations. Access to FourCasa includes the software, related services, and documentation (collectively referred to as the “Software”). License Grant

AA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business needs in accordance with these Terms of Use. Your license is conditioned upon your compliance with this agreement.

Restrictions

• Distributing, selling, leasing, or transferring the Software to any third party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software, except as permitted by law.
• Using the Software in any manner that disrupts or negatively impacts other users or the functionality of the platform.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use FourCasa responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the platform and the decisions you make based on the information provided.

Data Accuracy and Estimates

All values and monetary estimates provided within the FourCasa dashboard are based on user-inputted or publicly available data. These figures are estimates, and AA does not guarantee their accuracy. Users are encouraged to independently verify all data before making decisions.

Confidentiality

The Software and related documentation contain proprietary and confidential information. By using FourCasa, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to not disclose it to any third party without AA’s express written consent.

Data Collection and Privacy

FourCasa collects personal and non-personal data as detailed in AA’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind. AA disclaims all express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

AA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to inaccuracies in data or decisions made based on the platform’s outputs.

Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. AA reserves the right to terminate your access to FourCasa at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Government Use

If you are using FourCasa on behalf of a U.S. government entity, you agree to comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations governing the use of such software.

General Provisions

This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and AA regarding your use of FourCasa. Any failure by AA to enforce any provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
